THE CIRCUIT
The total workout program at Get Fit Asia® comprises the five essential components of a total and effective workout. By combining warm-up, cardiovascular training, strength training, cool-down and stretching into a tried and tested circuit, you can get a three times faster calorie burning effect than most standard exercises!
The entire circuit includes between eight hydraulic exercise machines and an equal number of recovery stations specifically placed so that you work on different muscle groups and get a full body exercise in 30 minutes. During a 30 minute session, you will complete between two and three circuits, depending on how the circuit is structured.
HYDRAULIC RESISTANCE EQUIPMENT
Get Fit Asia®’s hydraulic circuit equipment is especially designed for Asian women. The main advantage of hydraulic exercise machines is that the resistance works in positive-positive muscle contraction, exercising one muscle group as you push and an opposing muscle group as you pull. This results in more balanced, high calorie burning and a time-efficient workout. Also hydraulic resistance minimizes the risk of the injuries that often occur with weight-resistance exercise. Because you always control the intensity of your exercise, in both directions, there is no danger of overextending yourself or damaging muscles.
